Scam – read for red flags
Red Flags listed below:
– You can’t cancel your subscription without having to email them. Even if you select to cancel it just routes you to your email.
– When I selected to cancel, I sent the email request and always got the same automated message back with a random persons’ name.
– I have submitted 3 of these cancellation requests and my Liven account still exists, it’s now been about 50 days (even though they say they cancel your account within 30 days).
– If you do a one month trial, the App withdraws a yearly renewal fee automatically after the trial period ends and you don’t get notified. Had to go through my bank to get the money that they deducted back from them. I also cancelled my card so they can’t take any more money from me.
Thankfully I got refunded the yearly fee AND the monthly trial fee as my bank is awesome so 5 stars to them. Talk to your bank people!
