If I could give zero stars, I would.
It started so well with a fairly detailed questionnaire and I thought £11.99 was decent enough for an app if it worked (I don’t believe it was shown anywhere this was only a 1 month trial).
The app itself is so basic and I was disappointed that this was the case- after a week or 2 I stopped using it and thought no more of it.
Today discovered a £60 payment taken… no prior notice that this was happening, and the strange thing is it doesn’t show on your Apple active subscription lists anywhere.
The app itself has no information- including whether you’re in an active subscription or not. No way to check payments or cancellations.
I am one of the lucky ones and got an immediate response and a few back and forth have resulted in a refund (I wonder if it’s as it was via PayPal?!).
